BOTB ONLINE 2020
BOTB has grown from strength-to-strength over the past 4 years and after the great success and overall GEES from last year’s event, we already started looking into introducing a second online comp to allow the greater SA community to get involved.
With that in mind and given the current COVID-19 restrictions, we are excited to launch our first online comp! This year it will be the only comp format offered but our hope is that it will become it’s own animal alongside our flagship comp in the years to come!

THE DETAILS
- STARTS MONDAY 5 OCTOBER
- Runs for 4 weeks (cut-off for FINAL after week 3)
- Two workouts per week, released Monday mornings at 10h00
- Final LIVE STREAM workout to take place from finalists' respective boxes in week 4
- VIDEO submission deadline Sundays @ 23h59
- Scaled & RX divisions
- Teams of 4 (MMFF)
- Entry fee R300/person
